1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake mix
4 eggs
½ cup oil
1 small can Mandarin oranges, including juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with eggs, oil, and orange juice. Mix according to directions on cake box.

Fold orange sections into batter. Sections can be added at the beginning with all ingredients if you wish.

Pour batter into prepared cake pans and bake for 30-40 minutes in 325° oven or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
 

Icing

1 tbsp sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 package Jello cheesecake mix (use filling only)
1 8-oz container of sour cream
1 cup chopped pecans
1 12-oz container Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.

Add container of Cool Whip to the cheesecake mixture just prior to icing cake and serving.

Note: if you prefer you can split layers for a 4 layer cake (there is enough icing).

Refrigerate leftovers.
