SALAD:
5 C. broccoli florets, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 C. red onion, chopped
1 C. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 C. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 C. sunflower kernels
3/4 C. dried cranberries

DRESSING:
1 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. sugar
2 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2) Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl, mixing until smooth with a wire whisk or fork.
3) Add dressing to salad and blend well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
