2 cloves garlic, grated
½ t salt
1 t black pepper
1 T lemon juice
1 t Worcestershire sauce
½ t Dijon mustard
1 large egg yolk
⅓ c EVOO
2 heads romaine lettuce - washed, dried and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 c shaved parmesan cheese

Croutons
2 T butter, melted
2 T EVOO
½ -¾ loaf of Italian bread, crusts removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 t salt
¼ t cayenne pepper
½ t black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. For croutons, combine the butter and EVOO. Add bread and toss until coated. Add salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Spread out on baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

Mix lettuce, dressing, parmesan cheese and croutons. Toss
