1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
pie filling
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients with a mixer. Separate into 2-3 balls and roll them out flat with flour. (Like you would do sugar cookies.) Use a small glass to make circular cut outs. Place on baking sheet. Top with 1 tsp. pie filling in the center of each circle. Bake at 350º for 8-10 min. or until light golden brown. Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar.

This recipe can be doubled and you can freeze the unused dough. You can also freeze after baking. Just don't put on powered sugar until you're ready to thaw.
