2 lb. sausage
1 c. green pepper
c. onion
1 c. celery (optional)
2 pkg dry chicken noodle soup
1 c. medium long grain rice (uncooked)
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Pour off fat and saute green peppers, onions, and celery. Stir dryichicken noodle soup mixture and rice into 5 c. boiling water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done. Add sausage mixture and salt. Pour into greased baking dish
13 x 9 x 2. Drizzle c. melted butter over ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
