2 pounds Beef Spareribs
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon ginger or 1 tablespoon raw ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up beef and brown. Pour off excess fat. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over beef and simmer 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice.
