Cook beef on hob with 1or2 beef stock with water just over the meat and cook for 1 hour and low temperature (5)
get all veg ready to go in the pot
Potato’s
Carrot
Leeks
Sweet potato
Colflower
Broccoli
And more if you want
When the hour is up just put all veg in with beef put more water in just to cover and 1x beef stock and cook for 1 1/2 to2 hour
