2 c. Sugar
2 t. Baking Soda
2 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Salt
1 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
1 c. Chopped Walnuts
3 small jars of baby food Carrots

Mix it all together and bake at 350º in a 12x16 Jelly Roll pan for 35 minutes.
