Equipment needed:
1 Mixing bowl and one small-medium saucepan


4 Eggs
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 Celery stick
½ Onion
5 Tbsp mayonnaise
3 Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil the kettle and add the water to the saucepan with the eggs.

2. Boil for 7 minutes

3. When boiled drain the water and add cold water (to cool the eggs so you don't burn your hands)

4. Finely chop the onion and slice the celery and lettuce.

5. Remove the eggs from their shells and cut them into quarters.

6. Mix the mayonnaise with the curry powder, add a dash of water if needed.

7. Add the celery, onion and eggs and mix together.

8. Put the lettuce on your plate and add the curried egg salad on top.
