1 3/4 c. + 2 T. Butter
6 T. Water
2 t. Vanilla

Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, and water in a heavy saucepan. Using a candy thermometer cook to 300º stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla while stirring. Pour in a large jelly roll pan (buttered). Pour on chocolate chips and spread over the top as they melt.
