1/2 cup syrup
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups oatmeal or 3 c. Oatmeal & 1 c. Coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter (I like 1/4 cup)
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Boil first 4 ingredients for 1 minute. Add vanilla and oatmeal. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips and spread over base and chill
*These squares are great to take to fundraising suppers.
