2 8 ounces cream cheese
3 cloves fresh garlic, pressed or very finely minced
1 teaspoon dried or fresh chopped thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add the cream cheese to a bowl and add the garlic, herbs and some salt and pepper.
Whip by hand with a whisk or rubber spatula or use a hand mixer on low speed to combine all the ingredients well.
Cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving, to let the flavours develop.
Enjoy on toast, bagels, crackers, or however you desire.
