1/2 c. White Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 c. Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1/2 t. Vanilla

Shape into balls, roll in sugar, and flatten with a crisscross pattern using a fork. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes. High altitude:. Add 1/2 c. Flour and bake at 325º.
