1 1/2 c. Shortening
2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Molasses
4 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 t. Salt
4 t. Baking Soda
2 t. Cinnamon
2 t. Cloves
2 t. Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar, eggs, and molasses. Then fold in the dry ingredients. Shape into balls and roll in a bowl of sugar. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.
