1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar or White Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
2 c. Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt
1 Egg
1 c. Sour Milk (3/4c Milk and 1/4 t. Lemon Juice)
2 c. Chopped Rhubarb

Topping
1/2 c. Sugar
3/4 t. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour in a cake pan. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon topping over the top. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
