10 C. Green Tomatoes,minced
4 Large Onions, minced
½ C. Pickling Salt
4 C. Cider Vinegar
3 ¼ C. White Sugar
2 ½ tsp. Celery Seed
2 ½ tsp. Mustard Seed
2 tsp. Turmeric
2 T. Cornstarch
½ C. Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt to minced Tomatoes and Onions. Cover and let sit overnight.
Drain and rinse.
Bring vinegar and seasonings to a boil. Then add tomatoes and onions to vinegar mixture.
Bring to boil again and add cornstarch.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Put into sterilized pint jars. Process for 20 minutes in boiling water bath.
