Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½ cup Peanut Butter
2 cups Chocolate Chips
1 cup Corn Syrup (or Honey)
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup chopped Peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt syrup & chocolate chips over low heat in a non stick sauce pan.
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter & mix until melted.
Add oatmeal and peanuts. Mix well.

Pour evenly into buttered cookie sheet. I found that if you fold the parchment into the pans - it is twice as easy to remove. Especially if you leave them in for longer than 30 minutes. I have used a 9x13 pan and a 9½x14½ pan Both worked well for me. Set in fridge for 30 minutes.
Take out and cut into whatever size you like.

A lady at work mentioned that she made these for her children. I decided to try them
I am hooked. Yummy!
