1 lb. Extra lean Ground Beef
2 - Cans Chili Beans
1 - Can Pinto Beans
2 T. Dehydrated Onion
1 - pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix

Taco Shells
Shredded Lettuce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Other toppings, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the Hamburger with the Dehydrated Onion. Drain excess fat.

To the Hamburger, add the Taco Seasoning and three cans of Beans. Stir.

Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the excess liquid is absorbed.

Serve with shells, over a salad, or however you prefer it.

When the boys were young, they ate a lot! When we made tacos, all they wanted was the meat and cheese. So, we decided to incorporate the beans into the meat mixture and added extra beans to stretch the dish. Each of our families continues to make tacos this way.
