1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
⅓ C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ C Balsamic Vinegar
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbls Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp Salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a gallon size ziploc bag, adding the chicken after it's all combined. Let sit for at least an hour, can stay for a couple of days in the fridge. We grill it but you can cook it however you want. Marinades do make a big mess on the grill.

We actually use chicken tenderloins because we like that they are already sliced up. You can slice the chicken breasts into smaller pieces.
