Breadsticks or Bagel sticks
Pizza Sauce
Thin sliced pepperoni
String cheese

Utensils:
Sharp knife
Cutting Board
Table Knife or metal spatula
Measuring Spoons
Microwaveable dish with rack
Microwaveable paper towel

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut lengthwise in half but not completely through soft breadsticks.
2. Spread 1 T pizza sauce on the cut side of each breadstick.
3. Arrange 5 pieces of thin sliced pepperoni on 1 side of each breadstick, overlapping a little.
4. Tear 1 stick of string cheese lengthwise in half and put on top of the pepperoni.
5. Close the breadsticks. Put on the rack in the dish. Cover with the paper towel. Microwave on high 15 to 45 seconds or until warm.

The softer the breadstick, the faster the cheese melts If your breadstick is short, you may need only 4 slices of pepperoni. If it is long, you may need 6 slices.
