6 c mashed potatoes
3 tsp salt
3 T soft shortening
3 c flour
3 T cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes while still warm with cream and shortening. When cold add flour and salt (mix with hands)
Roll thin on well floured board. Heat Griddle til hot. Bake to lite brown.
