Vegetable oil, for frying
Wonton wrappers, cut in half
8oz cream cheese, soften
2Tbs whole milk
1Tbs sriracha
2tsp brown sugar
2tsp soy sauce
6oz can lump crab meat, drained & shredded
1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 scallions
Paprika- sprinkle for garnish

Directions:

Heat vegetable oil to 350 n heavy bottom pot
Fry wrappers 1-2 minutes, drain on paper towel

Preheat oven 350
Put cream cheese, milk, sriracha, brown sugar, soy sauce in medium bowl & mix with hand mixer, until smooth.
Fold in crab meat, cheese, scallions.
Place in small baking dish. Bake till bubbly 20-25 minutes
