6 chicken breasts, pounded thin
Marsala Wine
Fresh Lemons
Fresh Mushrooms
2 cloves minced garlic
4 boullion cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken breasts in 2 beaten eggs, and then bread crumbs. Let sit ½ hour. Heat 2T olive oi and 2T butter in a large skillet, brown chicken (doesn't need to be cooked through) and remove and set in a large baking dish.

In the same skillet, add 2 c water and 4 bouillon cubes, 2 cloves minced garlic, ¼ t oregano, and 2 t parsley. Cook and stir; add in ½ c fresh lemon juice and 1½ c Marsala Wine. Cook and stir

Mix 2 T cornstarch with ½ c cold water, stir into above until thickened. Pour over the chicken. Bake 45 min in 350º oven.

Saute sliced mushrooms in butter (use the same skillet) and pour on top and bake another 5 min.
