Ingredients:  
1 to 2 heads of cabbage
2 pounds ground meat or ground turkey
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 eggs
3 or 4 slices of bacon, chopped
1 large onion
1 to 2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
1 large can of sauerkraut
2 large cans of tomato soup, more if needed
1 pound of Kielbasa ( regular or Turkey)

Directions:
Cook cabbage and remove leaves
Cut spine on back of leaves
Saute bacon, onions and garlic until browned
Cook rice
Mix meat, rice, bacon,onions, garlic, eggs, salt and pepper well
Take a cabbage leave put filling in and roll once bring sides of leaves in and continue rolling
Put some cut up cabbage leaves and tomato soup on the bottom of the pan
Place cabbage rolls in layers and put the rest of cut up cabbage, sauerkraut and tomato soup on top
Rinse soup cans with water and pour on top
Bake for 2 ours or until cabbage is soft
A half hour before done, I put 2 inch pieces of Kielbasa on top of cabbage rolls
