2 cups Basmati Rice
1 Cup Frozen peas
1 Cup French Beans
4 cloves
1 small cinnamon stick
1 spoon butter
1 spoon salt
1 whole Cardamom
1 spoon cumin
1 can Thai coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute cumin seeds, 4 cloves, 1 cinnamon sticks broken in butter 1 spoon in the Instapot.

Add frozen peas and frozen french beans and saute it.

Soak the basmati rice for 10 minutes.

Add the rice and mix it with the spices and veggies.

Finally add salt, a can of Thai coconut milk and some water and cook the rice.

You can finally add any fried nuts if you want.
