2 Onions chopped
2 Tomatoes chopped
I Green Chilly slit lengthwise
Frozen green peas- 1 cup
Potatoes 5 to 6 - Peel and cut into medium size cubes
Rasam powder - 2 teaspoon ( can be increased or decreased according to taste).
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Fresh coriander
Salt to taste

Directions:
This can be made in a pressure cooker. Heat oil in the pressure cooker. Once the oil is heated add cumin seeds.

Once they splutter add slit green chilly and chopped onions and sauté till the onions become transparent.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes.

Add green peas.

Once the peas are cooked add potatoes, rasam powder and salt. Stir to combine and add 2 cups of water.

Close the pressure cooker and pressure cook to 3 whistles.


Once the weight has dropped, open the cooker and garnish the rasodar
with fresh coriander.

Spice level can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing rasam powder.
