1 c. flour
¼ c. powdered sugar
½ c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
½ tsp. baking powder
2½ tsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 350°.
Mix flour and powdered sugar. Blend in butter. Pat into 8x8 pan and bake 20 minutes. Meanwhile, beat together eggs, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and salt. Pour over crust and return to oven for 20-15 minutes Cool. Then cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
