1 c. sugar
½ c. margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. cocoa or 1 square chocolate
1 c. coconut
⅓ c. cold water
FROSTING:
½ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. chocolate chips
4 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 350°.
Mix well the sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder. Divide dough in half. In one half mix cocoa (mixed with a little water to make a paste) or 1 square chocolate, melted. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Into other half, add coconut and cold water. Put this on top of chocolate layer. Bake 20 minutes.
To make frosting, mix sugars, milk and margarine. Stir in chips. Boil for 1 minute. Frost while still warm.
