- Flour

- Water

- Cauliflower - Steamed & sliced in small/medium pieces

- Chopped parsley

- Minced garlic

- Salt & Pepper

- 1 Egg

- Olive oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
- Cauliflower prep: Cut florets and steamed to "al dente" point

- Dough prep: In large bowl blend flour, beaten egg, garlic & flour to a consistency not
thick/not thin!

- Refrigerate dough for 20'

- Add cauliflower to dough

- Heat about 3/4' oil in a heavy large frying pan TO 170/190ºF

- Drop a large spoonful of dough/cauliflower on oil

- Turn over bunuelos to make sure they arebroiwning well on both sides

- Take out cooked bunuelos as they are done & place on paper towels to drain oil

- Salt numuelos & eat!
