4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast’s trimmed of excess fats
Milk or Buttermilk
1 C mayo or Greek Yogurt
1 C Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
½ tsp BlackPepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each chicken breast into 3 large chunks or strips. Place chicken breast strips/chunks in a bowl of milk/buttermilk. Let it soak for 20-30 min or overnight.

Pre-heat the oven to 375º. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, ½ Parmesan, and seasonings.

Place chicken into 9x13 baking dish and spread the mixture evenly on top of chicken and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake for 40-45 min, or until cooked through. You can finish them off under the broiler for a little browning action.
