1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
powdered sugar

Directions:
Combine cake mix, oil & eggs in a mixing bowl. Using a scoop or hand, form golfball-sized balls of cookie dough. Roll in a bowl of powdered sugar. Place on transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-11 min.
