Marinade & Sauce

Marinade:

Generous amounts of:
Mince jalapenos, minced garlic, lemon juice, & Louisiana hot sauce.



Sauce:

3 tablespoons oyster sauce
generous amount of Louisiana hot sauce
2 tablespoons kimchi bbq sauce
(if you can't find kimchi, find any asian style bbq sauce)
generous amount of minced garlic

1) Marinade: Mix ingredients in a bowl, and mix in the shrimp. Once shrimp is marinated and mixed well, put it in the fridge. You can do this over night or the day of.

2) At this time you also want to make your sauce base early. (You will use this sauce at the end)

3) Get a big bowl and add in all the ingredients listed above for the sauce. Whisk. Don't worry if it tastes tangy. Set aside.
 

Seafood Boil


Ingredients:

Chicken stock
1 or 2 whole onions (chopped in 4 large pieces)
Cayenne pepper
Old bay seasoning
Baby red potatoes (cut in half)
Corn chopped in threes
Marinated shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
1) Fill chicken stock & water into pot.

2) Once its brought to boil add 1 or 2 whole onion (chopped in 4 large pieces), add generous amounts of cayenne pepper and old bay seasoning.

3) After 10 minutes, add potatoes

4) After 5 minutes add corn

5) After 15 minutes put stove on low heat & add shrimp. The shrimp should cook quickly, do not over cook the shrimp!

6) Boil the sauce you made earlier.

7) Drain the seafood boil, add the sauce on top, mix it together, and serve.
