• 1 15-19 oz. can Chickpeas - Drain Liquid
(Chickpeas are also called, Garbanzo Beans, Chi Chi Beans)

• 2-3 Cloves of Garlic – Pressed through a Garlic Press

• Juice of 1 Lime (2+ Full Tablespoons)

• 1 tsp. Adobo

• 1/4 cup Tahini

• 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• Fresh Parsley (You can also use Lemon Verbena, Thyme, etc.)

• Optional Toppings: Paprika, Drizzle of Olive Oil

Put the garlic in a food processor with the olive oil and lime juice. Add the pressed garlic. Add half the drained chickpeas, tahini, seasonings and process until smooth. Add the remaining half can of beans and process. Once the desired consistency is reached – smooth and creamy – add fresh herbs enough to stir in. Plate in bowl and garnish with the optional toppings.

Serving Suggestions
Serve with pita chips, celery, carrot sticks or toasted herbed garlic bread. Be sure to carry breath mints!
