Ingredients:  
1 pound or sponge cake, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Fresh raspberries and/or fresh peaches and/or combination of other fruit (raspberries and peaches are a fantastic combo!)
2 packages raspberry jello
2 packages peach jello
1 package 15 ounce cooked vanilla pudding
2 packages 15 ounce cooked butterscotch pudding
Whipping cream
Raspberry jam
Peach jam
Maraschino cherries
Apricot brandy or liquor of choice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut sponge into 1/2 inch slices, spread with raspberry jam.
2. Sprinkle with liquor.
3. Make jello, set slightly, and put on cake.
4. Put raspberries on jello.
5. Make vanilla pudding and let cool, then put on top of jello and let set.
6. Place more sponge on top and spread with peach jam and liquor.
7. Make peach jello, let cool to partially set and pour on sponge.
8. Add the peaches, let set.
9. Make butterscotch pudding – slightly cool and pour on top.
10. Put another peach layer on top of peaches – cool.
11. Immediately before serving, whip cream, spread on top, then decorate with maraschino cherries.
