Ingredients:  
3 ½ c. dried apricots
1 ½ c. water
1 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add apricots, water, orange juice, lemon juice to large saucepan.
2. Stir and bring to boil over medium heat. Once boiling, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
3. Transfer to food processor and pulse to desired consistency.
4. Pour back into pan and add sugar over high heat, and bring back to boil, stirring constantly.
5. Bottle or use for recipe.
