2 large Onions
Around 600g of White Mushrooms, washed and cut into quarters
2 Medium Sweet potato
1 Medium White Potato
Salt and pepper
A little Soy sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in a little oil, add remaining ingredients, add some hot water and mix. Bring to the boil then simmer until all the ingredients are soft enough to blend.
