1 Cucumber Brunoise or slices
1/2 Lemon, liquid is squeezed and skin is minced
1/2 Vidalia onion sliced (White)
1 tablespoon of roasted chick-pea powder ( which is available in Asian Store.)
1 tablespoon oil to fry with minced garlic
2 cloves garlic minced
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 Knorr chicken powder or vegetables powder
1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon roasted pea-nuts or sesame pounded (when it is available, make it better taste.)
chopped coriander (how much you like)

For a traditional way of Salad Making in Myanmar is "fried oil with garlic or onion or (both) and turmeric powder"important.

Slice onion and put it in water till you need it.

Pound roasted pea-nuts or sesame.

Preparing fried-oil: Heat the oil and add minced garlic and then turmeric powder. Put aside.

How to make:

Put one after another of cucumber Brunoise and slices onion and also minced Limone into a big bowl.

Mix all the ingredients apart from the coriander and add fried oil with minced garlic over and mix gently.

Transfer to a serving dish and top with the chopped coriander. Enjoy.

Then you need one thing to enjoy those dishes together is Rice, but this time I make a normal rice and Black Sticky Rice 1/2: 1/2( half and half).

I cook rice with a rice-cooker. Add water 1 and 1/2 cup into one cup of rice. 1:1.5
How to cook Rice for 2-Persons:
1 and 1/2 cup of water for one cup of rice
2-3 Bay leaves
a small piece of cinnamon
a drop of oil or sesame oil
Cook all together and make sure Bay leaves and cinnamon are inside the rice.
