1 c. Strawberries pureed
¾ c. Sugar
1 c. Water
3 T. Cornstarch

3-4 c. Strawberries sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients (except sliced strawberries) and cook until thick. It is a fine line between too thick and too thin. Don't cross it. Place sliced strawberries in the pie crust and pour the filling over the top. Refrigerate.

A perfect summer pie. It is so refreshing!
