2 Organic Apples

Directions:

- Wash the fresh apples
- Peel the skin with a knife or vegetable peeler
- Remove the core (seeds)
- Cut apple into small chunks
- Steam for about 5 to 8 minutes on medium heat
- After steaming, puree in a blender or food processor of your choice
- Allow it to cool down for sometime before feeding your baby.
