2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
8 oz. pancetta
2 (28 oz.) cans San Marzano tomatoes
¼ teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
pepper to taste

Sauté garlic and pancetta in olive oil until crispy. Add San Marzano tomatoes. Add basil, oregano and pepper to taste. Cook ½ hour.
