1 lb ground beef or 2 rotisserie chicken breast
1 package corn tortilla either white or corn, can also use flour tortilla
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz sour cream
1 can sliced black olives
1 can green chilies
1 can green enchilada sauce
1 package shredded Mexican cheese

Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion or cut up rotisserie chicken breast
In a bowl combine 8oz sour cream, 1 can cream chicken soup, 1 can green chilies, 1 can green chili enchilada sauce, 1 can drained black olives sliced
Spray casserole dish and tear up pieces of corn or flour tortilla (I prefer corn but both will work) and cover bottom of dish, use about 4 tortillas
Spoon beef, creamed mixture, and shredded cheese
Repeat steps beginning with torn tortillas
Make about 3 layers and finish with cheese on top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes until brown on top
You can spice it up by using spicy cheese, and jalapeño green chili’s
