2 teaspoon baking power
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup warm water

mix dry items
steer in water and mix by hand to form a dough
roll into golf size balls or larger
wait 10 min and roll into circles 1/2 inch thick or about 5 to 6 inch across
fry in 2 inch of oil at 350 deg
turn when golden on one side
drain on paper towel.

less will make bread tough, more will leave center raw.
