5 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast’s
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
Brown 1 Onion

IN STOCK POT;
6 Tbsp Butter
1/2 C Flour
14 oz can Swansons Chicken Broth
2 C 1/2 and 1/2
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp cumin
16 oz can White Beans w/juice
8 oz can of Green Chili’s (chopped)
1 1/2 C grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 C Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oil and Butter in skillet. Coat Chicken in dry ingredients. Brown on both sides. Cook until done. Remove from pan and shred by hand. Add 2 Tbsp fresh Butter

In stock pot melt 6 Tbsp Butter. Add flour and whisk to make a roux. Add broth, 1/2 and 1/2, Tabasco sauce, chili powder, cumin, beans, chili’s, cheese,sour cream, chicken and onion
