12 hard boiled Eggs, peeled
1/3 C Mayo
2 Tbsp Spicy Mustard
1 Jalapeņo, seeded and finely diced
1/4 Red Onion, minced
1 pinch paprika
4 slices Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon yolks into bowl. Smash with fork. Stir in minced Jalapeņo, Cheddar Cheese, Mayo, chopped Bacon, onion and mustard. Spoon yolk mixture into halved egg whites. Sprinkle tops with crumbled bacon and paprika
