3 lbs corned beef
4 cups Sauterne Wine
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp salt
2 cabbages, cut in wedges
4 onions

Directions:
Directions:
In crockpot, combine: c. beef, wine, W. sauce, and c. pepper. Cook overnight in crock pot on auto. Cool, slice and set aside. To broth, add salt, cabbage and onions. Cook all day. Place sliced beef back in pot. Serve hot with slices of corn bread or chunks of French bread.
