4 lbs of ground beef, ground heart or Buffalo
3/4 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/4 Tbsp Ginger
1/4 Tbsp Nutmeg
3/4 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Cup Onion Flakes
1 3/4 Cup Catshup

Cook slowly (after browning meat pour out fat) for 1-2 hours... add water if necessary stirring occasionally
Let thicken to right consistency
