Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
3 ripe but not mushy bananas
1, 8 inch baked pie crust
1 med container of Cool Whip or 1 1/2 Cups real whipping cream (whip and sweeten)
1 small Heath Bar

Directions:
Directions:
Cover with water in a boiler, the unopened can of Eagle Brand milk. Let it come to a rolling boil and cook for 2 1/2 hours. Check the pan frequently to be sure the water doesn't all evaporate below the level of the can. (If you forget and it does evaporate, don't fear...it isn't ruined. Just cover with hot water and continue to cook for time allotted.) Cool before opening. This makes caramel cream. Slice bananas and place in the cooked pie shell. Cover with cool caramel. Cover the top of the pie with Cool Whip or real Whipped Cream. Crush a Heath Bar and sprinkle the crumbs on top.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is so rich and so good. A place called "Not Just Pie's" made this pie famous in Monroe. It was the thing you went their to eat. Then somehow someone found out the recipe and it spread like wild fire. Everyone was shocked at what the pie was made from but so thrilled to be able to make one at home whenever the notion hit. And to think something this good is so easy.
