3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packaged biscuit mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 8-ounce package pitted dates,cut
1/2 cup chopped California walnuts


Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs till light; add sugar gradually, beating until thick and lemon-colored. Combine
biscuit mix and salt; stir into egg mixture. Add dates and nuts; mix well. Pour into greased
9x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake in a moderate oven (350) for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool slightly;
cut in 2 inch squares.
