Preheat to 350.
9x5 Greased pan
2 cups sifted flower measured then sifted with 3 tsp baking powder and ¼ tsp salt. Fold in ¾ cup milk chocolate, ½ cup raisins, 2/3 cup chopped nuts. Mix in ½ cup butter, then ass 1 cup brown sugar. Add 2 well beaten eggs and 1 tsp vanilla. Add ½ cup milk and ¼ cup water mixed in small amounts at a time.

Bake one hour, or until cake shrinks from edge of pan.
Let stand in pan 10 minutes.
