2 mashed Bananas
2/3 C Applesauce (I use sugarless)
2/3 C Pureed carrots
1 C Shredded carrots
1 TSP Vanilla
1 TBSP Dark Molasses
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 TSP Allspice
1/2 TSP Nutmeg
1/2 C Almond Flour
1 1/2 C Old fashioned oats
1/4 C chopped walnuts

Pineapple Cream cheese frosting-
1/4 C plain Greek yogurt
1/4 C cream cheese
1 TBSP crushed pineapple
Honey to taste for sweetness or any other sweetener you'd prefer.

Directions:
Directions:
-Add all wet ing. together in Sm. bowl.
-Mix all dry ing. together in Lg. bowl
-Pure wet into dry ing. mixing well.

-Bake at 350
-35-45 Minutes

Frosting-
-mix ing. together

-Once cooled a bit add Frosting to the top.
